These terms cover coaching with Gut Strength & Soul, run by Matt Soul. By booking, you agree to them.

Our services and prices

• 1:1 Coaching: £650 a month, two sessions a week.
• The Gut Reset: £395, one payment, over 8 weeks.
• Online Coaching: £165 a month.

Video form checks are answered within 24 hours.

Payment

Monthly plans are paid in advance each month. The Gut Reset is paid in full before it starts.

Ending a monthly plan

Monthly plans roll on until you cancel. Give us 30 days' notice by email.

Your right to cancel

If you book online or by email, you have 14 days to cancel and get a refund. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, we may keep a fair amount for the coaching already given.

Missed and moved sessions

Give us at least 24 hours' notice to move a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as used. If we need to move a session, we'll offer another time.

Your health

Before we start, you'll complete a health questionnaire. Please answer it honestly and tell us about any changes. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication, check with your GP before starting. You can stop any exercise at any time if it doesn't feel right.

Our coaching is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Results vary, and we don't promise specific outcomes.

Responsibility

We hold professional insurance through FitPro. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under consumer law.
